About Our Installations

All of our new consumer units are fitted with RCBO protective devices. One of the benefits of such devices is the achieved protection against electric shock and overloading, whilst reducing the potential of inconvenient tripping of more circuits than necessary.

The 18^th edition wiring regulations saw the introduction of surge protective devices into our consumer units – a fantastic addition to the market considering the potential financial loss to our home electronics if there was to be a surge on the system. At Glow Electric we use these latest technologies to provide our clients with the best available safety features for their homes and businesses. We tend to use very select brands that we have performance tested over long periods of time to ensure the best performance and quality of installation.
